I’ve now run 4 marathons and competed in several fitness competitions e.g. Hyrox.
I have over 5 years of professional dance training which is the core of my knowledge of mobility and recovery and over 4 years experience in the fitness industry.
I love my job and I love training people to push their limits and build confidence in themselves.
