 Prevention of injuries – sadly we can’t always guarantee that problems won’t arise again

safe during your workouts and to make sure your body moves as efficiently as it can to
lessen the chances of injuries happening again.
 Improving performance – we can help you improve your strength, flexibility, and endurance,
which can help you perform better during your workouts. We can also provide you with
exercises and stretches to help you target specific areas of your body that need
improvement.
 Rehabilitation of injuries - we can help you recover quickly and safely so you can return to
exercising, through the provision of a good quality rehabilitation plan.
 Overcoming long-term problems – we can help you understand your problem so that you
can become fitter, stronger, healthier and live the life that you want to lead.

How do physiotherapists work with me?
We work together to help you work towards and achieve your personal goals and values.
How can I make an appointment?

If you would like to make an appointment, please contact us:
info@majesticfitness.co.uk and 020 8876 8634 directly or liaise with Salim or any of the Majestic
Fitness Team.

What long does an appointment last?
Your first appointment will last about an hour.
Most problems require some work and time to be overcome fully and so it is usually best if you can
attend several physiotherapy sessions. However, everyone and every problem is different and so a
treatment plan will be designed to suit your particular needs. Subsequent appointment times will
depend on your needs and will be discussed after your first appointment.
How much is an appointment?
Your first appointment will be £95. Subsequent appointments will depend on your needs and will be
discussed with you after your first appointment. Usually, I find recover is quicker and less
appointments are needed with longer appointment times of 50 minutes.
What happens after each appointment?
I will email you a personal summary of your time with me. People tell me this is a very useful part of
their recovery as it contains a reminder of all that we have discussed. I will also email you a personal
exercise plan for you to work on between appointments.
I would like to make an appointment, but I would like to know more.
Committing to physiotherapy care is not an easy decision. I am more than happy to chat to you
before you make an appointment over the phone. Please contact us via email on
info@majesticfitness.co.uk or phone me on 020 8876 8634.
